We'd probably have to take a look the global financial atleast with respect to his balance sheet in order to determine the most efficient capital structure for his needs.I am sure you can get a lot of stated loan or private/hard money products but that would probably not be very efficient for your client.

I like 1 if it was a cleaner cut, but then 1 does feel similiar to facebook (which you dont want I wouldnt think)2 is to simple3 is too complicated and feminine as somebody pointed out.3 might be a good one if you simplify the colors of it and emphasis but off the top first one i liked was #1 simple but not too simple and i liked the green house

As you build large amounts of cash flow the (global cash flow) from all sources should help take away the need for the W-2.Banks want the world to protect their position and give crappy loan terms which is why I hardly ever use them.
