There are some bungalows along 1st and then off I think off Seneca on the other side of Riverside, that would cost a fortune here in Atlanta. 

Believe me, I’ve been fortunate enough to know I’m not special lol

The general contractors in our area won't do it unless we let them do the whole job, and then they want a fortune (TY cannabis industry for jacking contractor rates up), and my husband has a couple guys that he likes working with, that will work cheap, but they're certainly not contractors, nor could they or would they go through the process of getting that license here in Oregon. 

We have been very fortunate with that as well.We have experienced good luck with our local Apartment Finder magazine and accompanying website.

Fortunately, operating costs are extremely minimal as I am self managing.

So I live in Henry County GA, I was fortunate enough to be able to buy another house before selling my first one.

But he downgraded his house in Orange County to move in a condo so he can use the excess cash to invest in the mid west.. fortunate enough he has someone like me who he can trust to manage his properties.

Fortunately, this industry is chock full of kind-hearted people.

Really happy to have some first time good fortune and get most of the 1.1k back.
