The general contractors in our area won't do it unless we let them do the whole job, and then they want a fortune (TY cannabis industry for jacking contractor rates up), and my husband has a couple guys that he likes working with, that will work cheap, but they're certainly not contractors, nor could they or would they go through the process of getting that license here in Oregon.
