Holding tanks are cinder block. 1 aeration pump a blower and the lagoon is actually across a business highway into a farmers field.

@John Warren no I’m surrounded by corn fields, closest metro hour is at least 2 hours from me.

Person or Company should be LIHTC qualified, or have experience in the field.   

I will admit now that my profession combined with my expensive market can force me out of buying properties anytime soon, but my motivation and interest in this field has overcome that fear.

:)But @Charles Chang, it is a tough thing to vet a provider when your not an expert in the field isn't it? 

I am not an expert in this field, but it seems to me this would be a disqualifying transaction.

A deal will come and go markets rise and fall but with an education you’ll always have that no one can take it away you will always have a way to make money and a field to fall back on if need be .

I am new here in this field, I was confusing.

Look no further than maps with traffic, ride sharing, online booking services, even agriculture adjusting fertilizer in every square foot of the field to match the soil needs.
