Hey Lee - one thing I would ask your lender is if they are able to do your citizenship status.

I typically stick to my large Facebook group and steer away from all this.

I also see under SVC status (PS, PS, PS) there's three tenants, safe to assume they were served?

At least in Missouri, and depending on size, you typically have to test your waste water monthly/quarterly, and then you have to file a form quarterly with DNR which reports the status of your treatment facility.  

Plus NV has no state income tax just like Texas so you keep your tax status .. !!!

Even facebook might have some good local groups for you.
