I have an existing rental property that I am trying to move into an LLC.The mortgage company (Washington Trust) is saying "no" and that I would need to refinance. 

I was subpoenaed by the Texas Savings and Loan Agency (no longer in existence) to provide personal information when they were on a desperate mission to justify their existence.  

Any advice for the HELOC lender, who would allow to keep the existing loan, means will take 2nd position? 

And so many tools out there exist to assist with self management. 

I collect the first month's rent the day they move in.In my area, I am comfortable working with the existing tenant to arrange showings before they move out.

I do and I can say it has great potential for new construction and existing properties.

Hi Tony,Depending on what the full story is your lender might be able to provide you with a refinance so you have time to finish your rehab or extend your existing mortgage.

Understand, I'm not excusing students who don't hold their end of the bargain (if such a contract exists) but if your program is as good as you claim it to be, the thriving community of success you are creating should more than make up for the few students who don't like your program and decide to cancel, right?

Also, there was a state law passed in FL handcuffing jurisdictions from regulating minimum rental periodshttps://www.avalara.com/mylodg...They did allow jurisdictions with existing rules to keep them but they cannot modify or add to them.
