Ceiling fan install cost me $50, and sink would be between $100-$150 to install depending in the condition of the pipes. i think Garbage Disposal would be around the same.I don't do them in units, its just another thing to maintain.

Fill the tank with sand or kitty litter to make sure the tank doesn’t ‘float’, cut the pipes, and call it done.

Either by using an underground pipe or at the least, installing a flexible diverter to direct the water away.It looks like a muddy mess now, but there is a ton of potential.

Long story short, one of the interior pipes froze and the whole downstairs ceiling came down with the frozen pipe burst solely due to tenant’s negligence.

Do you judge a total rehab by cosmetic needs or in this case leaking pipes total re-wiring and current the condition of the pool in addition to needing flooring cabinets, etc.
