I have my assignment contract all dolled up and signed as well as my discharge agreement. 

What was your discharge date? 

Should the tenant move in and stop paying me, I would become a creditor and could get discharged (or so I understand). 

I suspect though if you borrow the money and have an issue as in you default and they sic the lawyers on you.. and they determine you violated the rules.. they maybe turn up the heat and get you for loan fraud which is not dischargeable in BK..  

The policy says they have to clear title because a Discharge of Mortgage was never recorded and/or it was never discharged.

Lenders/Banks are going to want to wait 2 years after you have discharged the bankruptcy before they will lend you any money.

Matt R. every desalination plant currently under construction is either using existing salt water discharge facilities or has had the discharge approved years ago.

Safest route to take is probably evict any tenant that discharges a fire arm on the property, same applies if guest/visitor discharges fire arm.
