Not sure of the size of your property so some of this may be irrelevant, but you'll want to pay attention to your online re-branding across your SEO, Google My Business (and other similar products), ILS like Apartments.com (if you use any), and other similar locations.

@Brantley Duncan As far as buying packages of well written blog posts that have some semblance of SEO value and solid calls to action it'll be hard to buy packages of content from writers for under $100 - $200 but you can totally get well written posts done for about $30-$50 per piece if you put in the research ahead of time and send them the topics and titles of the posts.

But wait.. not so fast.If you suck at SEO and you do it wrong and spent a lot of money on it and get no lead, and you do DMM and spend some money on it but you got at least a few deals, the answer would be DMM right?
