In Spain, with Brexit a done deal and Covid on top masses of Brits have literally fled their places ( houses and vacation rentals they normally rent between March and Oct) on the coast back to Britain.If other places turn their backs on the USA, it would probably be to their detriment financially.

The whole HVAC was replaced and each component (coil, furnace, compressor) was invoiced separately with amount less than $2500.

I do plan to charge an up front pet fee and then to also charge monthly pet rent per pet to hopefully offset some of the inevitable damages :D My biggest worries pertain to the personal liability component (Tenant A's dog bites Tenant B, the mailman gets bit by Tenant B's Cat, etc) and I want to make sure I am doing my best to protect myself.

Any transactions of benefit provided between a disqualified person and the IRA result in a prohibited transaction with severe tax consequences.If you are using your LLC to produce opportunities for your IRA, that could be problematic whether there is an income component to your LLC or not.Please discuss your strategy with your plan provider and/or CPA.
