its very hard to deal with a bank when your current.I did see this a ton in the desert though and I am sure it happened in FLA.folks through an intermediary buying their own home back at foreclosure sale.you risk being out bid but no one can usually out bid an owner occ.

It certainly helps that Upstate New York is beautiful too (I live in the Desert).

Gone are the days of mud-season and a deserted Main St. 

I’ve heard of people who have $100+ water bills every month while out here in the desert we average about $40, maybe $70 if I empty and refill the pool.

Hi @Christopher Phillips, I'm sorry you had this experience and I'm thankful that you're willing to share it with the community.They sure do a great job promoting across a lot of different platforms, but in general when something comes along and promises the moon, we should probably always suspect it's a "fake moon landing filmed in the desert" that serves a purpose, but isn't exactly what was promised.I've heard of similar experiences with several "end-to-end" services like this. 

Here in the desert we frequently see heatpumps, but there is a furnace for "emergency heat. "  Not sure what the normal lifespan is, but the one in our residence is gettting pretty ricketty at 20 years old, and the heat pump just went down.

Isn't it where Lex Luther buy's up a bunch of the Nevada desert and then uses some earthquake machine to dump CA into the Pacific and then is "the" R.E. goliath of now primo ocean front?!
