Compare that to a business/company.

Never got a delivery rate lower than 91%.

It puts the brakes on big power company’s power.

Family owned, smaller company, that won't rip you off. 

If deliveried right it sill us a hard one for most to chew on.

Can you find something cheaper and run by a competent property management company?

To put it bluntly....if a company can't take 15-20 minutes and talk with an investor about the market and the possible purchase of a property, they're not a company I would recommend working with.

I would like to know your strategy for finding these landlords, especially in large apartment buildings if you are dealing with a property management company
