If they send an estimate over and I think I have a better option, I'll let them know I'd rather send in my resource.There's a lot to cover, so it's tough for a PM have both a deep and broad deck of resources all the time.

@Seth Martin there are deals to be had with the market slowing down a little in Charlottesville. 

We pad our cleaning costs a bit to the guests to pay for future deeps cleans and for incidentals.

A 6" deep aluminum beam for this application doesn't sound promising.

Don't go off the deep end and get into something that is way over the top in need of repair!  

Also, what markets are you seeing slow downs in?
