There are a few things that are different about financing a mixed-use unit but one of the more important is how much space is dedicated to commercial and how much to residential.

Now I'm still on FB, but I have to open a browser window to even get on to it and without the app there I honestly don't think about it. 14 days ago after spending most of my night wired and consuming as much information as possible, I decided that I was going to dedicate myself to real estate investing.

(I have 5-6 hours most days I could dedicate to online school or personal study)My current plan either way is to focus on Python/SQL as my main platforms and learn more languages as I transition over or as needed.This post is getting long so I'm going to end it here; TLDR I have 2 major questions moving forward should I stay at my current job offering moderate stability or move to new job with low stability but significantly higher pay?

My schedule right now is crazy and I cant dedicate as much time as I'd like, but nights and weekends are key.For our out of state properties we have an excellent property manager or family that help out. 

I am very dedicated to this new journey I have decided to take in my free time so any help/advice or even new friends in the real estate/ flipping world would be greatly appreciated.

Obviously I am very impressed with who he is and how he thinks at his age.He has several hours a day and will gladly dedicate it to an investor's business pursuits so that he can learn and grow.

Didn't work very well, and it was ugly inside the house.We live in a condo that we rent out whenever we do long-term travel, so I thought...what if I install a really nice outdoor antenna in the attic or on the roof, wire it into the house to a dedicated coax outlet in the wall, and just make it a permanent fixture of the house?
