It turns our that the daughter is listing the house for that price because she doesn't want her Mom to sell!

I am a real estate agent, daughter of an well known architect.

But I am planning to keep it for as long as I can and maybe give it to my daughter later on...hopefully it will be paid off or refinanced. 

Put the father on the lease, if the son/daughter doesn't pay, evict the father.  

We have a daughter that is in her 3rd year at The University of Arkansas and is doing pretty well with me not being able to help anything but my wife has been able to send her without going into any long term debt.  

This client wants to sell her home but her daughter whom she agree to let stay there for 6 months has been there for 2 years and refuse to leave.  

Also, a good role model for my two teenager daughters.  

My wife and I have a daughter who is in her 3rd year at The University of Arkansas and my has help her so she could go with only short term debt.  

My daughter and sister live near the Cubs Stadium.

It is now a little over 6 years since then and I am still stuck at home and not working because I was lucky to be married to a woman who could support us both and our daughter.
