It was much darker and less flaws also its a second story so it was all on wood no glue necessary. this is what i did In my bathroom, im by no means an expert though does it need to be better than that? 

I got a 10x10 with shade cloth for 125 bucks off CL, perfectly fine as the GF's two little what's it's don't live in it, just stay there to gaze and bark at birds without leaving surprises in the rest of the yard.Metal posts and chicken wire is about the cheapest fence you can erect, just set two posts for a chain link gate, or build one. :) .

Go all-in RE when the sun is shining on it, stay in the leisure shade of money markets and paper securities when its not. 

It's hard to tell from the pics but the tub and the soap dishes seem to be some shade of green.

Just to throw a little shade at you....interesting you don't like this guy using OPM when it is your money....but you want to use OPM when it is your deal. 

It looks great, it's a timeless neutral color, and it is a lighter shade than you have up there now so should have some heat reduction.
