These are the people for whom 1 missing paycheck (for illness, emergency, etc) would mean not putting food on the table. 

To any realtors on the east coast (any state from NJ,NY,PA & ME ) i would really hands down appreciate being added to a daily MLS update or anything along those lines ?

The downside is you have to "refresh" them daily which takes 2-3 minutes every morning.

Often they have so much work they drop your home flip and go the next smaller job and then come back.In most cases you are the general contractor coordinate different tasks and heavily involved on a daily basis to see it gets completed.
