A legitimate PM company ain't changing their contract for any customer.

I’d recommend going with a local lender that you have a good relationship with as opposed to a large national company as they are likely to have better immediate customer service and are more likely to respond in a timely manner, which is important for your first loan.

I do home improvement projects over weekend for the past three years such as carpet to LVP, wooden duck to composite, game room to bedroom including working with city,  screened porch repair, custom closets, mudroom and some minor projects.

Our target customer is/was families visiting national parks because that's who we are and we know how to kill it with that crowd.

Tenants are tenants customers are customers.

If you want to do something cheaper and less REI customized you can just do Godaddy, Wix or equivalent.  

If he worried customer service would suffer which means your ratings will suffer as well.

I am a contractor , I pull permits for my protection and the customers .  

Both were customers, ran small business, and held money with the bank.

Jason's comment is spot on, IMHO she should find a very good insurance broker, they're allegiance is to the customer.
