Most of my investing experience is in the stock market so I'm looking to diversity some of my holdings into real estate.In general, not sure if this is a horrible time to be investing in real estate in the DFW metroplex or not, but I'm starting to dig into how to do the necessary homework to identify quality investments.I'd be curious of any information you have to share.Thanks for taking the time to respond.btw, I tried to send this as a message, but apparently I have to upgrade my membership in order to do that.

There's a pretty diverse group of properties that could be pure cash flow, some good and others not. 

With many tenants it's a cultural statement to have  a pit.

So yes geographical restraints play a roll but JOBs and ethnic diversity also was a huge driver...

It's also a college town.Denver (and I'm referring to the whole metro area) is very diverse.

I've traveled throughout Latin America and love everything about it, from the culture and the language to the mountains and the beaches.

I know it is difficult to assess as a new agent but office culture is very important.
