However I believe my value is held in the belief that you are always on a journey to meet like minded people and drawn to such to achieve a purpose that is destined to serve and be served. 

If I die that gives my wife a very good income base and huge amounts of equity to cruise through retirement.

We'll be at their FIRE Summit in March and their 2nd annual cruise this summer.We have also been to a few of the Real Estate Guys events. 

No, to me eventually all of that land and the land in the surrounding area is destined for development.
