Market activity continues to increase and peaks June-August when kids are out of school and parents don't have to worry about mid-term school transfers.Finally, many owners only look at PMC pricing, so have never asked their PMCs enough questions about rental property marketing, showings, prospect screening and what information about all of it will be provided to them.Here’s some questions we hope it’s not too late to ask:What websites does your property show up on when you Google the address?

@Oladimeji SonibareRegarding Facebook Ads and the discussion about legitimacy in presenting yourself as someone who can assist these people, I’d offer this suggestion: Continue targeting the same audience on Facebook, but adjust your concept and marketing message.

I am sure many would  consider other investment strategies besides  continually recycling their capital collecting  homes that are propped up with appraised values that are not attainable if the properties were marketed for sale.   

While they are very nice and I believe good people, I have had a few deals fall through after months of hard work on them because they do not fight for the deal in my opinion. 

The coastline continues to grow and with towns like New London working  to build up their infrastructure to draw in more business and ultimately residences, it feels like the area is heading in the right direction overall.

The hype continues while the marketplace has cooled.
