BP Community, I’m reaching out because my 13-year-old son has developed a huge interest in real estate, and I’m not sure how to guide him. 

hey @Jason Lowe your property sounds incredible and it sounds like you have some good ideas flowing.The BiggerPockets community has profoundly impacted my journey in real estate and investing!

He is very interested in real estate business especially long-term rental properties in Dubai, but he has limited knowledge of rental properties, so he joined this community to get a good understanding of how real estate works, and how to manage his properties while living in USA, and to get in touch with real estate owners.

I'm a bit late but want to reach out to the community to see what might be my best bets to get my money back (file judgement, etc.).

While I've been enrolled in an online course, I've found it to be quite costly and not as practical as I'd hoped.I recently discovered BP through a friend, and I'm amazed at the wealth of knowledge and support this community offers.

I do not want sales agents in my market to believe I am expecting a fee each time I purchase a property and go out of my way to make it known to the broker community that they will represent me and collect their fee if they bring me a deal.

We don't have a team per se just yet, and hence the reach out to this community.
