.- My wife and I are personally considering moving into that area, and I am networking with other real estate investors, agents, business owners, churches, local politicians, and others who are interested in developing this area.- I have a 5500 sq ft 4 family with a 4 car garage under contract in this area for $10,000 to close.

Every once in a while someone may pick up a deal from a fellow church member or dying relative or some other unrepeatable situation, but these are the exceptions not the rule. 

Who would have thought that the church nearby that owned an empty lot across from our flip would turn that into a home for tent city?

They typically have "Restores" to sell unused or recyclable building materials and supplies.If not, perhaps Green Building Groups, Tiny House builders, Community Colleges, Churches might be interested??

I only found BP last April, which led to a connection the very same day which developed into a relationship with Timothy Church and a purchase of a property.

A friend from Church flips and mentioned this summer they were sitting on 6 homes for an extended period of time....essentially all summer, for no apparent reason even with price drops ect.

Met them both through church.

When I was in college in 2008 I visited Germantown because there was a church I wanted to check out.

My question is who here has rented to a church and has it negatively affected your values at all?
