Just because you filed for bankruptcy does not mean you won't get a speeding ticket, If you are tresspassing, bankruptcy won't keep you from being removed from the property or arrested.

Those are arrestable offenses.

If you rent a car for a month and refuse to return it when it's due, you'll be arrested for an auto theft.

An 8 is someone who had been a tenant before and gotten excellent references.I do the same with job history, arrest record, annual income minus required commitments, and credit history.The other component is required scores.
