Just because you filed for bankruptcy does not mean you won't get a speeding ticket, If you are tresspassing, bankruptcy won't keep you from being removed from the property or arrested.

An 8 is someone who had been a tenant before and gotten excellent references.I do the same with job history, arrest record, annual income minus required commitments, and credit history.The other component is required scores.

Of my last 3 contractors, one is too busy with a waiting list of nearly a year, the next one got arrested after the 3rd day on the project, for very complicated reasons I cannot use him until the case is over, and the 3rd one worked 4 days on time and materials and got offered a very nice job two states away.

You probably would have a hard time getting a police officer to make an arrest so keep that in mind.Never discuss the return of the SD with the tenant unless required by law.
