Security camera system- RV's are the easiest thing to break in to. 

Is it legal to have a video camera in my vacant rental property when I'm showing it?  

Would love to get other recommendations on cameras...

No cameras that I'm aware of.  

I knew my internet got flaky as I lost access to my door controller and ring camera.  

A few must have's to echo others:- Digital locks with a lockbox to a physical key if something happens with the lock- Digital thermostat so you can manage your HVAC system- Cameras that point to all entrances.

You'll need a true full frame camera, flash heads, good tripods, pro drone... a Matterport Pro2 camera if you are doing VR tours, good cases for everything... that small list is about $20-25,000.00 to start.For your drone, do you have your Part 107 yet?
