Unless it is at rough in stage it will be compromised unless this has no interior walls, what's the rest of the story and why does it need overlayed( which is what you are suggesting) or removal which has issues of its own with load walls unless all interior walls, cabinets etc are gone. sounds like a raw deal with water issues or structural issues?

Assuming your LLCs are a sole proprietorship, the accounts should also be in the name of the LLC not your personal name.As others have said, a series LLC is most likely overkill at this stage of the game.

@Chris Papa, if you're going to be investing with a partner, it's definitely money well spent to hire a good attorney to form your entity and draft your operating agreement or otherwise memorialize the economic arrangement between you and your partner.
