Not sure of the sentiment of everyone for Kris Krohn within the BP community but I’ve seen him say it’s not the benefit that you may think as you are beholden to other rules/laws that one would not be without a license.It does seem as though the cost of obtaining and maintaining a license coupled with the costs to have access to things such as the MLS would directly impact overall profits. 

Lately, I’ve been encountering some challenges with municipalities imposing new rules and restrictions that impact my properties and operations.I’m interested in learning how others have successfully addressed these issues.

It's also a good idea to compare insurance quotes and check local tax rates as they can impact your cash flow.

Because of how the market is today, I thought focusing on getting as close to a monthly break-even as possible would shield me from the potential drastic changes that may impact properties over the next few years - significant price changes, interest rates, etc. 

However, this is impacting what I can qualify for w/ the banks.

Will be an immediate impact either way.Again cost declines are normally slower than increases.  

With the lack of comps positive reviews will likely make a meaningful impact on the number of bookings/price you can get.

It impacts the cost of everything...food, shelter, transportation, health, recreation, labor.
