No different than any other natural disaster... hurricanes in Florida, wild fires in California, Volcanoes in Hawaii, etc.Regardless, your property insurance will rebuild your house if it is hit by a tornado... so ultimately there is no reason to avoid the area because of that risk in my opinion.  

The algorithmic nature of these platforms means vital information can easily be missed, and the casual tone doesn't always foster the level of professionalism we strive for.The goal is to streamline how we connect and share knowledge, making every interaction as meaningful and efficient as possible.

That's going to be almost entirely owner occupied stuff where single family houses are selling for above $250k and things of that nature. 

I work in tech so I'm naturally gravitating towards areas that have a lot of tech workers (lots of foreign workers renting).Any ideas?

I'd be hesitant to take this on given the numbers you're talking about, lack of relationships with local contractors and the extensive nature of what needs to be done and what you want to do to add value.

Inflation and debt cycles are natural parts of a free market economy.

And naturally I want to focus on areas that provide the highest profit potential.
