In addition, HOA's all have a personality of their own, and if you get some jerk in there as President, it can make all of the owner's lives miserable.I'm sure there's lots of investors who have done quite well in condos, but they are not my cup of tea.

Of course this was followed by a theory in political agenda to be re-elected for whom ever is president at the time.It's 3.12 here in Albuquerque New Mexico.
