My time here in DC will be likely be less than 2 years so my plan is to do as much research and reading as possible.

If I can get 2 different renters in before Jan 1 2025-is still possible by obviously getting a cost seg.Also, would all of the house hunting, going out to see properties, research (calling city for license/map searching) and buying the furnishings count toward the 1 of 7 qualifications IRS demands in addition to the 2 Airbnb bookings-preparing home, cleaning, set up etc?

I am in contact with an attorney in RI and we are looking at possibly doing a joint filing against Teshaw.

It is possible to self-manage and save on this expense (or at least keep it for yourself). 

This is already possible and has been demonstrated on BP.Professionals drumming up business.  

I personally have a few SF rentals but would love to get into more of the MF or even possibly short term vacation rentals someday.

I’m curious about wholesaling in my area if it’s possible. 

It’s entirely possible to operate with integrity, provide real value, and still earn a strong income.

Really id like to get my foot in the door with something pretty soon but i dont think before January is possible for me rn.
