As a new agent myself, I also have been considering what gives the best bang for your buck.

In markets like Indy, Milwaukee and Cleveland you can buy duplexes and achieve the 2 percent rule without it being in a war zone.   

What about that box full of items worth 10 bucks each that will take hours to sell on ebay or craigslist and you'll only use a few of them "someday".

@Alex HamdenI would turn it into a Brady museum and charge people ten bucks to walk through it . put a giant sign out front and offer a guided tour through each room along with a room of posters autographs and brady memorabilia

My guess is if disney resorts are in the 500 bucks and my str is in 200 bucks i might still be ok.

If you use paid social media, you'll likely get the most bang for your buck using FB ads, though you need to take the time to learn how to do them well. 

Unless you do a 180 turn in mindset your $500 K will soon be  a buck Fiftee.People who will connect with you are those who Want your 💰........ 

Go grab your signs and throw them away.Of, if you're willing to engage in criminal activities to make a buck, look for more profitable opportunities than bandit signs and wholesaling.
