It's there property, they get to say and enact all kinds of LEGAL ways they feel fit for selling. 

They typically have a free two week trial, I would test drive a couple and see which one fits the best for you.  

I particularly purchased SF that has 3 building and I can fit in 10-15 cars inside. 

Was the hard part finding a property that was affordable enough to fit within your criteria or finding sellers who were willing to accept your low DP offer?

The agent that fits those boxes may not be the one you purchased it from but it also might be!

I am also looking to connect with RE agents in the area to gain a better understanding of what is currently on the market and how these types of properties fit into the Tampa area.I'd like to also acquiring any insight into current supply trends, as well as the demand based on occupancy for these types of properties.

Look at the existing inventory in you're area, find an investor agent who has experience with house hacking, pick the best option currently on the market that fits your budget and make the offer. 

They clearly are keeping them out of the contract but on their website to be sneaky and try to apply them when they see fit but you have to have signed off on agreeing to them per contract law. 

Are there any emerging markets that I should be looking into that fit my budget?
