That's how you keep prices down, not by putting a gun on landlords headsLandlord would suffer either way but at least prices would be back to fair value and there would be no housing shortage; there wouldn't be ridiculous artificial bubbles like in LA where land is extremely abundant and prices totally disconnected from reality .

I am just contemplating, but I would assume the bright and multiple color styles could have had something to do with the fact that new, artificial materials were being used for the first time and these materials could be more easily infused with color than the natural wood and stone materials of previous construction.Another thing I have noticed is that there are a lot of beautiful wood floors covered in crappy old carpet.
