I am so excited about diving into all of the resources but I wanted to ask if there was any data particularly for up north here in Canada?

You’re payroll on 5 employees can be north of 10k a month.

. , trust me, if you fly the way all the way from California to Raleigh, North Carolina, , the broker in Raleigh is probably going to consider you a serious buyer since you just spent, you know, a couple thousand bucks and, you know, three, four days to get there.

All speculation at this point, but near Lee St/29 and a little north of the Sylvan Hills neighborhood, imagine this:  taking MARTA from the airport heading back north in town, you get off of at a hub, where now you can walk over to the Atlanta Beltline terminal and take transport to your stop. 

@Chris Hutchens I’m in Canyon Lake just north of San Antonio.

He says he’s paying north of $200,000 a door and charging like $1,600 a month.

I think the Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty markets offer great rentals with lots of different types of levels of rent.

It seemed most of your great research was focused on the SU area only, but my biggest interest has been outside of those areas, especially north of the city.
