If the inspector is coming on Wednesday, you should be fine.Just a tip - Map gas (yellow bottle) is WAY better for plumbing than propane.

Water base poly is nice, no stink, dries fast, and does not yellow, but it's not as hard as oil.

Hi All,I am tooling up to start a direct mail campaign and have been pricing out various yellow letters and postcards.  

If we take the RE agent that just specializes in selling RE or listing RE depending on their market if your smart willing to spend some marketing money ( like you would yellow letters and other marketing for wholesaling) are driven and are good.. you can make pretty good money..

Even-though it isn't the most attractive, Black Letters on Yellow Background get the most attention.

We were just talking about 2 specific deals, so there might be a much wider swing and it just happened to be that our deals came out to similar numbers.As for finding success, there are guys doing the auction thing, the yellow letter thing, the bandit sign thing, all the strategies you would find in other places, people are using here.

But, those are the costs if they were to hire out trades-people from the phone book -- meaning larger contracting organizations with a relatively large amount of overhead.If I were to hire the individual trades (which I typically do), I'm not going to hire the guys who have Yellow Pages ads, a fleet of trucks, customer service reps who answer the phone, etc.
