➡️ What is the degree of the upgrade for the renovated units?

I am looking for someone who can provide an expert assessment of the property's condition, outline the necessary repairs and upgrades, and offer reliable estimates for the rehabilitation costs.Any guidance or referrals you can provide would be immensely appreciated.

I have some really exciting ideas I'd like to make come to fruition for a newly built luxury honeymoon cabin in Broken Bow, OK.

Once the upgrades go in, we are looking at modernizing and maximizing on the return.

I see @John Underwood mentioned amenities, but I have also heard Avery say on a podcast not to get too caught up in updating/upgrading. 

My question is, is that really necessary to "upgrade" the pit?

The older and broken down the building is, the more you want to put away. 5% for repairs: Again, this will depend on the property condition, but I also reserve 5% for repairs because I have an old house.5% for lawn: If you plan to live in the area, I would just buy a used lawn mower for $100 and do it yourself.
