Just trying to figure out what city or town will be good to invest in planning to live there for a year and then invest in another property and so on.

I am hoping to find a single family home that I can "BRSTRHHRR" (buy, reno, Short term rent|House Hack, refinance, repeat) by creating a separate living space in a single family home that can be STRed (this is due to local restrictions in my town that prevent STR in multifamily properties). 

Then in a year move out and buy another home with the equity you have built up in the home.Great thing about buying a 2-4 unit as a Primary is you only need 3.5% to 5% down which ever on you choose either FHA or Fannie Mae.

Anyone under 30 grew up as the internet was getting built and kids under 20 are totally emerged in a digital life.

They are built with lots of room for parking, many bedrooms and bathrooms.

Many college towns have an unrelated persons ordinance.
