Garrett Brown Mashvisor's 100 Best Cities For Airbnb list is released. Thoughts?
10 September 2024 | 14 replies
These three cities from the rental income of $3,000-$4,000 list were on my list of markets to check out and helped validate my research even more:#20 Richmond, Virginia: Airbnb rental income $3,247#32 Round Rock, Texas: Airbnb rental income $3,418#53 Henderson, Nevada: Airbnb rental income $3,909It is broken up by rental income segments ($2,000-$3,000; $3,000-$4,000, etc.), so some numbers overlap, but there are some excellent data points to consider.

in my experience, if its a "average sized home" i take that as a 3/2 or 4/3, 4/4 etc that number of 30k is very close. 20k low end, 30k high and of course you can get stupid beyond that.cant comment on the financial return as to much missing info as others have said but if it rings true of 1k per month, potential 3 year return is accurate
Joseph Mustacchia Has anyone used ispeedtolead.com for buying a lead?
8 September 2024 | 29 replies
its horrible. no one answers the phone. they promise an easy refund if the lead never answers after 21 days, if the number is wrong/ doesn't ring/ among other reasons you can find in their refund policy.however, they will deny you when you try and get your refund. i had one lead where the number doesn't even ring, and another where the person never answered within the timeframe. they denied my request for a refund, although it completely fit their refund policy. i believe less than 8% of refunds requested are ever refunded. horrible experience.
