Modern plumbing and electrical, brick exterior, water drains away from house, no large trees near house, etc- No one will look after your property as well as you want them to.

Too much on and off from tree branches, etc.

Specifically foundation, new siding, electrical, gutters and some tree work.

If it happened because a tree root grew into a sewer pipe, you pay for the repairs.

Gradually improving the property by raising rents, improving curb appeal (trimming overgrown trees/ bushes, new landscaping, power washing).

.- Tree removal, asphalt installation, roof replacement, windows replacement, deleading, pest control, interior design.

A tree root added pressure to one of the walls and caused some cracking.

Windows--repair, replacement, etc--are on me. lol.I'm going to nag about replacing those dead trees in fall and I'm also going to see when we have it in the budget to refurbish the basketball court a little bit, and talk to the investors and see if they want to light it since right now, tenants have commandeered a light meant for illuminating the entry sign to shine onto the basketball court, and it's well located such that people playing after dark won't disturb people in the units.....

with my property portfolio skyrocketing I’d like to use some of that equity for other purposes  is Lending tree a good way to go?
