Robert the last time one was done the economy was down so you could get space for cheap to do an event.These days everyone ( hotels, convention centers) charges a mint to put something on of that scale.

Cannot tell you how many people I've had come back and try to get their stuff covered, or have me pay for a hotel due to a problem.Make sure that the lease is a 12 month lease for the full annual sum (i.e. $9,600) to be paid in 12 monthly payments of $800, rather than saying the lease is for $800 per month.

The conference looks like it has a good amount of value, but with the Paper Source conference in April, and the Note Expo conference in November, it's difficult to justify the cost of travel, hotel, food and the conference for yet another event in our note investing niche.

The hotel across the street had quoted a nightly price of $119.00 The next morning we were charged $189.00 The same lady that worked the ticket counter at the airport, also checked us out of the hotel the next morning.

Owner-held mortgage.  3 units I can alternate between AirBnb and/or longterm rental (probably averaging 2,400 rent roll first 2 years - long term tenants -, then after some reno, and new turnover, Bnb, averaging about 6-8,000 month, really) because it's located in a place short on hotels and BnB's in a very popular town.
