@Kyle Carter we manage around 700 doors, with 92 of them being S8.When S8 applicants are properly screened, they can statistically perform a decent amount better than cash-tenants.

The investor in me has to be wiser about the decision and not worry about sentiment, look to reinvest in something else that will perform better for my family's future. 

We have found that setting our expectations about what we want is helpful (financial performance, level of renovation we can handle, forced equity opportunities, number of bedrooms, etc) and then waiting for a deal to materialize. 

I'm not suggesting that the higher occupancy is the result of dropping Booking.com but am not sure that it ultimately contributed to more reservations or a greater success rate.
