They leave notes for me (and each other) on the fridge for non emergency repair requests.However, they have worked out house rules among themselves for quiet hours and have figured out a rotating schedule for who takes the cans to the curb, who buys things like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.We have another townhouse in the same complex that rents to a traditional family for $1975.

I can terminate on the anniversary with 60 days notice without penalty but the agreement stays in force as long as the resident stays in the property.
