My 2 siblings and I were raised by divorced parents as well.

Next of kin would be 1 older sibling and 1 elderly father.

This was a opportunity to help 5 siblings who inherited this house once their father passed away late last year.

If they were my children I'd have no issues leaving my 16 y.o. to watch two siblings, and if I was the LL I'd stay out of the situation myself as well.

I am trying to figure out if I want to approach my mother and her 3 siblings about owner financing a 5-unit they inherited in Boulder Creek, CA.So they inherited this property free and clear back in 2009 and instead of selling in a down market they fixed it up and rented it out.

The mail hasn't been returned so I'm hoping it was forwarded to the sibling.Does any one have recommendations on how to track down the sibling?  

Where my mom grew up, where my mom and dad lived after they were married until they could build their own house, and where me and my siblings spent a lot of time.

Hello-I am under contract with 5 siblings selling their parents house.

If one of the heirs agrees to that and she has 3 other siblings, am I only buying 25% interest in the overage ?
