The slippery slope.......Get investors for your deals, or to loan out or buy notes, whatever.The deals are harder to come by, money is sitting there you're paying or accruing interest on.Then you investor money matures or someone screams they want their money back, but you don't have it.Then a new investor comes in for your XYZ deal.

Sounds risky, but if it's a screaming deal that can cover any of these surprises, it might be worth rolling the dice.

It will be a kicking and screaming eviction or your gf will have to stop making payments and let the bank take the condo back.

Someone else who's seen the snake coming out of the egg, heard the rabbit scream.

it helps to go as a male-female duo,  men won't likely scream in front of the female, and females are more likely to open a door to a couple, rather than a single stranger male.

Odds are you prob wont end up with a screaming deal as banks have wised up, but you might come out ahead a little vs a traditional sale..
