My primary thoughts are to used some of these funds to structure the business, pay some internet and marketing overhead, and use funds for EM.  

We will be self-financed, developing property that is zoned "by-right" for the intended use, using public water/individual septic tanks, constructing DOT spec roadways, installing concrete sidewalks and offering high-speed cable TV and internet service.

My opinion is that everybody has a few hours a day that is just wasted on TV, the internet, social media or pretending to be busy... 

The internet is forever, and you never know when something you have innocently posted will come back to haunt you.Now I have proof.
