There was case relatively recently where one took it to the extreme with a watch purchase, and put their company name on the band - deduction was denied. 

I watch a few YouTube vids on flooring, rented sanders from Home Depot, sanded and sealed the original hardwood floors for the entire house in 3 days.

Since this upset price is UNOFFICIAL, I have actually seen the lawyer LIE and watched as a bidder bid a LOW amount and the lawyer did NOT bid up to that upset price against him.

IF they know what they are doing and just didnt watch some videos and create some junk.

Invasion of privacy and likely "creepy" for the residents to feel they are being watched.
