I just discovered this site it looks great.I am also an experienced S/W developer that has banded together with a team of engineers to make software that works great for small real estate investors.

What a better way to bring in the New Year than move to a growing city and jump on the band wagon of investing in property.

_One_ we’re interested in is apparently way over priced--$155 per sq' (prop A) where a couple of nicer houses are $126 (prop B and $132 per sq ft (prop C).

This area is built upon a band of gummy clay soil.

The trick is giving notice and then slipping into the background and not rocking the boat so to speak.There are plenty of forum posts here about both sub-2 and the DOSC.

Another area that is exploding is a little more south...in Rock Hill...you might want to think of some areas of SC too when it comes to land.
