Farm an area with postcards! 

I am looking for a postcard that I can keep on hand to drop in the mail as different leads come in (from MLS research, driving neighborhoods, FSBOs, etc.), so that I don't have to wait until I accumulate enough to generate a minimum shipment.

I'm sending out my first set of postcards and letters this week, and  need some advice on the mailings.

Or wait until the property goes expired listing.I like postcards.

I've sent out direct mail with postcards for wholesaling a few months back, but only received 1 call.

I'm doing 1-2 deals per month off of the MLS and bandit signs, but want to partner with an another experienced investor to send out 2,000 -3,000  letters/postcards per month. 

For the first time ever I received a yellow post card and a letter from different investors willing to buy my primary residence in Dallas, as is, for all cash (these mailings were received within 2 days of each other).

Our list is 1200 total and sending out 250 "handwritten" postcards every 2 weeks!

It's going to include postcards, facebook ads and cold calls in a few select markets.

I think I will just send them all a quick postcard.
