Hello and thank you for your contributions to BP.I’ve been immersed in the BP podcast while going to college studying civil engineering, and I can either do an engineering internship this summer, or shadow an investor.My long term goal is renting and holding mobile home parks and mini storage units, but I’d like to flip some smaller properties to get started.

I was wondering if there are any other investors buying mobile homes in parks in East Dallas/seagoville, Longview, or Tyler area? 

Also has a mobile home on the lot that I may be able to repair and rent out as well. 

I'm looking for something easy to use/read on mobile, well designed & investor friendly. 

I am guessing that given my situation it would be nearly impossible to be an agent because of my limited mobility.
