Basically everyone believes you if you’re in, but if you try to claim an injury once you’re out it’s guilty until proven innocent.I know that was a long response but hopefully it helped.

With thousands of records, that could really be a headache.If that doesn't work, you might go back to the county, plead ignorance, and ask for it in a CSV file.I'd be willing to take a look at it if you like.
