I work for a Furniture Store that uses Sign Holders and plants ground signs in Montgomery County, MD.

In your experience, would things like tables and outdoor showers against the outer wall be a problem?

The rent just isn't there if landlord has to provide all the utilities and some basic furniture coupled with the high turn over rate.

Quick question would you rent furniture, for the home or hit habitat for humanity, thrift stores?
